Our Returns Policy
We strive to provide you with the highest quality handmade jewelry. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, we offer a comprehensive returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Please reach out to us at email, including photos and details of the damaged items. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you in processing your return.
Once the return is confirmed, we will email you a shipping label to send the damaged goods back to us. As soon as we receive the return, we will expedite the shipment of a new item to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with a full-priced item, we are happy to provide you with store credit to choose an alternative piece that better suits your preferences.
Return Requirements
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in

Processing your Refund
We will process your refund within 5 working days of receipt
Once we have processed your items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Please note that we can only credit the original purchasers card and will not be able to issue a refund to any alternative account.
